Shisui Uchiha | Naruto Shippuden | Shunshin no Shisui

Uchiha Shisui is a member of the Uchiha clan and one of the few who managed to get the Mangekyo Sharingan. He was an extremely competent shinobi, and very few could handle his speed. He was called “Shisui of the Body Flicker”, owing to his great mastery of the body flicker technique and was one of the best at fire element techniques. His taijutsu and kenjutsu ninja skills were top class and he could easily classify as hokage material.

He was also the role model of Itachi and played a very important role indirectly in the Fourth Shinobi World War (although dead) with his special genjutsu technique: “Kotoamatsukami”. He loved Konoha more than anything and died to protect it.

He was known as ‘Shunshin no Shisui’, meaning “Shisui of the Body Flicker”. He was considered very fast and one of the best genjutsu users to ever live because of his ability to control minds. Itachi looked up to him, so I think it’s safe to say that at the time, he could’ve been relatively stronger than Itachi? That, of course, isn’t the case now, but I’m sure he was at least stronger than him then, if not at par.

His jutsus were the Body flicker Technique, Fire Release: Flame Bullet, Fire Release: Great Dragon Fire Technique, Fire Release: Great Fireball Technique, Fire Release: Phoenix Sage Fire Technique, Fire Release: Phoenix Sage Flower Nail Crimson, the Sharingan/Mangekyo Sharingan, the Kotoamtsukami, the Shadow Clone Technique, the Summoning Technique, the Susanoo, and the Yasaka Magatama. These are only accounting for the jutsus that are canon in the manga and anime.
